Some common adjustable bed problems include: stuck rotator shafts, broken clamps and broken handles. The majority of these adjustable bed problems are caused from user abuse. Many adjustable bed owners treat their adjustable beds as if they are regular beds and tend to slam parts if they are adjusting correctly. It is important to remember that adjustable beds do cost more than the average regular bed and thus it is very important to not slam or pull on parts roughly.
If your are having adjustable bed problems due to stuck rotator shafts a very quick fix is to use WD40 on the rotator making the adjustment of the head and neck positions much smoother.
If your are having adjustable bed problems due to broken clamps you will have to contact your adjustable bed supplier to replace the broken clamps. I have found that you can purchase handles from Wal-Mart and simply screw it on to the end of the bed. This is a very cheap fix and one that is not recommended for adjustable bed problems.
If you are having adjustable bed problems due to broken handles you can use the Wal-Mart method and purchase a simple square handle and screw it on to the end of your adjustable bed. This method again is not recommended. If you have a broken handle it is best to call you adjustable bed supplier and purchase a new adjustable bed handle to prevent future issues.
